I was looking for a place for over a year using every website possible. I came across an ad on Facebook Marketplace. After inquiring, I got a reply back right away. The unit I inquired about was already rented, but I agreed to be put on a waiting list, secretly thinking I would never hear back. Thankfully, 2 weeks later Jimmy contacted me and said he had a unit that would work for me! I called him right away and felt very comfortable talking to him and understanding the process. I met Lyndsay at the unit for a showing, she was very nice and definitely made my friend and I comfortable. I gave them the deposit and signed the lease! He is literally the best landlord I have ever had!

I have been trying to figure out the right words to express how awesome of a landlord Jimmy is. It was such a blessing how Jimmy helped me and my kids get moved into our apartment the day before Christmas. He is very efficient and timely with repairs around the house. He's an all-around great person to rent from!
